This was the sun setting tonight over Quincy Harbor.
Last July/August, Hubby and I packed up our house and moved across the country. We rented a house from a very nice man who redecorated it himself. However, he chose to leave the bathroom untouched, and he left the wallpaper up in the kitchen.
My Facebook update, prior to our move, “Landlord says he has a surprise for us. I’m a little worried that means he’s found more hideous wallpaper.”
Do you see what I mean?
The kitchen wallpaper.
Our lovely blue bathroom. You may not be able to tell from the picture, but he dark tiles on the floor are a matching blue. I went with yellow accessories to tone down the blue. It didn’t help.
In the fall of 2011, we were in Rochester, NY, photographing High Falls. We encountered a young man, about 11, I’m guessing, who followed us, and was very interested in our photography. I gave him my camera, and these are some of the images he made that day.
I think he did a good job – he showed some promise, even for a Jets fan. I feel badly that we weren’t able to see him again and let him see the images he made.
