Great Aunt Mary’s Rhubarb Sponge Pie

I picked up some rhubarb at a Farmer’s Market last week, so tomorrow, my co-workers will have a delicious rhubarb pie foisted upon them. They’ll thank me later, I promise.

Sponge topping – eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder.
