This week, we’ve been encouraged to look for patterns, and share some photos with that theme.
Patterns are easy to find, but they don’t always translate well into photos. Here are a few of my favorites.
Detail from the National Cathedral in Washington, DC.
Arlington National Cemetery – different, yet similar patterns from all directions.
A light dusting of snow accentuates the patterns in the bricks.
The snow created and enhanced many patterns here, during “Snowmageddon 2013,” in Quincy, Mass.
When snow blows sideways, interesting things can happen. A chain-link fence, Quincy, Mass.
What patterns do you see when you wander around your neighborhood? Join in the fun at the Weekly Photo Challenge and share!

loving the snowed in fence.
It’s a favorite of mine, as well. Amazing that so much snow stuck to such a small area!
What a beautiful collection of patterns….manmade and some with natures helping hand 🙂
We complain about nature sometimes, but it does do some amazing things.
